The work on the doll arm is very convincing. The only issue I have with the piece is the perspective of the bottom of the lower torso / mannequin. Unless you intended the cut to be slanted sharply away from the viewer the lower edge should be closest to the viewer and the higher edge at her back.
A possible solution would be to extend the support pipe up to make it appear that her bottom is hollow as well. Then it wouldn't matter what line you have with the bottom. It will look convincing to the eye.
Please don't take this as a negative. It is the only thing that mars an otherwise beautiful piece. If you were to leave it as is it would still be exemplary.
