I would go first off by saying, GREAT WORK. It's a nice idea. I love the background, and the way you've made this picture seem so surreal.

The clouds are great, and it gives a nice "distance" in the photo.

Down to business. The head on the left should recieve a shadow from the middle head. Then the hand on her face would look more realistic aswell.

The snake's shadow, this is tricky. Allthough its nicely done, but her clothes have a bumpy surface, and the snake's shadow would follow that surface. So, for now the shadow is too "clean".

The highlights applied on the snake would also affect the drses she's wearing abit more. There should maybe also be a little less darkness down in the right corner, where the light actually hits her.

Its nothing someone could see right ahead since as I said, its an excellent work.
